Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions outline the obligations and expectation of the Client and of Oxygen Internet
- FREE Website Packages are conditional that hosting remain with affordable-website-development for a specified period of time (24 months for Template Packages & 36 months for Custom Packages)
- Hosting will be charged at a minimum of $35 per month for 100mb of storage/2.5GB transfer
- Other hosting Plans are available with more storage & transfer if required (ie: if you intend to store large images on your site) & for the details of other plans contact us
- The CMS (content management system) is licensed to you for the life of your website hosting with affordable-website-development. The CMS cannot be moved from the affordable-website-development server to another hosting company server
- An exit fee of $199 applies to move website hosting to another company which covers the cost of applying static coding from the CMS
- The intellectual property rights of the design and programming remain the property of affordable-website-development
- The intellectual property right of the content remain the property of the client
- The client is responsible for keeping backup copies of content which they put on the website however affordable-website-development will endeavour to keep backup copies on its main server
- affordable-website-development is responsible for keeping backup copies of design and programming files
- Your company logo must be supplied to affordable-website-development in jpeg, gif or vector file for insertion into the template of your choice
- All website content must be inserted by the client using the Content Management System
- 2 hours FREE Support is provided on how to use the Content Management System is provided free of charge by Oxygen Internet (by phone and email)
- Domain name not included (however affordable-website-development can register and manage your domain for $99 per year)
- All prices are in Australian Dollars
